AT&T wireless to landline static?

Hello -

Work at a bank in Huntington WV 25701 and as we get outside calls from AT&T wireless customers, we hear loud digital static and cannot hear customer. They don't hear static on their end. We call them back from landline to cell, no static on either.

Our equipment was checked out by a network service company and found to be fine. Those employees guessed AT&T has an issue from wireless to landline. We are on a PRI from Ntelos. Called AT&T and Ntelos but nothing found, they tried to blame each other or our equipment of course.

Some of these callers we have had trouble with have said things like "I called somewhere else and they couldn't hear me either..."

Anyone else having issues? Started yesterday afternoon.
