AT&T phone number for deals to reactivate a phone line

When I canceled my Verizon account they would call me all of the time trying to get me back with great deals and refunding ETF fees. Does anyone know if AT&T has a phone number to call to rejoin them if you canceled any services? I have been digging around but I can't find any.

The only benefit you get from resuming service is that your contract was still running down while you were canceled. AT&T does not pay bounties or reward prodigal sons.
