AT&T BB Bold 9900 vs. BB Curve 9360?

I'm an AT&T customer and have been wanting to upgrade from my Torch 9800. I've been wanting the Bold 9900 since I first heard about the touchscreen and the keyboard. I don't want to pay $199 for the Bold though. I've noticed that the Curve 9360 is only $29.99 which would fit my college budget perfectly.

What would be the better BB to buy? I've heard bad things about the Bolds crashing and having bad battery life, but I love the keyboard.

Is it worth it to pay $199 for the Bold instead of settling for the $29.99 Curve?

Or do you think there will be a price drop for the Bold anytime soon?

I have a feeling the Bold is going to be the better phone, but with all the problems they've been having lately, I'm curious as to what the better option would be.

Well the 9900 is now .01 on Amazon.com
maybe go there and get it for a cent.

I thought I would post an update on what I ended up doing.

At the end of November I ended up buying the Bold 9900 from Costco for $52.55 ! That $49.99 price was the cheapest I could find and I was very happy with the purchase. I haven't had any problems with the Bold and I love it ! Hopefully I haven't jinxed myself by saying that there have been no problems lol!

I've thought about buying from amazon or Costco, but worry about having to warranty the phone. Has anyone had any issues when trying to warranty an phone?
