Default sms commands for minutes used? Last few calls? Redial?

I have a blackberry I don't use as a phone.. just for email. I found somebody holding it (they say by accident) when I came back from the bathroom. I don't have access to the account to check call logs online.

For AT&T

Does anybody have the * commands for minutes used this period? and is there any similar way to see the last few calls the phone made from the phone (not the web or the phone log) if they have been deleted from the call log? Would I be dialing or SMSing these commands? Is there a way to redial to check last call?

Also, Any way to get how many text messages have been sent in this month and maybe to what phone numbers?

And off hand, what are the steps for checking the exchange trash folder from a Black Berry Curve phone?

How common is it to have 450 corportate AT&T anytime minute plan? And does that plan usually cover free AT&T or Mobile to Mobile calls?

And if minutes have been used but only to other AT&T phones, would it still report 450 anytime available?

Any way to see minutes used, that may or may not be considered free?
