OK what the heck is this on my bill

Got my bill today and it was 36 pages long but most of it was data transfer and the feature was GPRR. It is the first time I have every seen this. There is no charge, but God it is over half of bill and it shows that it does it every 15 minutes. Any idea what this is and how to shut it off?

Do you have any apps set up at 15 minute intervals? For example, maybe Facebook set up to check for new feeds every 15 minutes?

No its set up for every hour.

Right, but what l meant is to check any apps similar to that that poll every so often. Perhaps a weather app or rss app?
