Shut down everything connected to your internet connection after disabling wifi. Power cycle the microcell, and test it. If it's still acting goofy, technical support may need to file a case... but be advised, connecting the microcell directly to your modem, and having the device situated in a good GPS reception spot will prevent pushback.
