Default Micro Cell Problems

I have two issues that appear to be related to the micro cell:

The first is I cannot send a text with a picture attached. If I disconnect the mcell it sends no problem.

The second is sometimes the caller sounds like they are in a wind tunnel. The call starts fine but then switches. It is unintelligble, doesn't improve, then disconnects. All I hear is a wind blowing sound. It only seems to happen when I am on the mcell AND the other person has an iphone. I am on a Torch.

Any ideas?

Shut down everything connected to your internet connection after disabling wifi. Power cycle the microcell, and test it. If it's still acting goofy, technical support may need to file a case... but be advised, connecting the microcell directly to your modem, and having the device situated in a good GPS reception spot will prevent pushback.
