Default HSPA+ Coverage map?

Does anyone know when we will see an HSPA+ coverage map for AT&T? I'm on AT&T now and have been thinking about jumping to VZW for the HTC Thunderbolt but there is no sign of VZW LTE for this area in the coming year.

However, if AT&T's HSPA+ coverage will be over their current 3G footprint when the Moto Atrix is released next month I may just upgrade to that on a 1 year contract and see where LTE is in 2012.

Also, are there any reviews or hands on looks at the Atrix running on the HSPA+ network? I'm wondering if it's really better then 3G.

Easiest way to check is to ask someone with an iPhone 3Gs or iPhone 4 to run a speed test. If they get better than 5 megabits downstream, they're most likely in an HSPA+ coverage area.

Also have to be a little careful, just because phones will switch in and out of HSDPA+ just like any other network coverage...
