i had a misfortunate situation with t-mobile & verizon recently (because of a work business amex card payment issue) so i'm on a new account with ma bell.

hi i'm arick.

i love t-mobile, paid $70/month for unlimited everything with my 9780 and wonderful customer service

this past weekend i switched to at&t and picked up the 9800 with the 450 minute plan, unlimited mobile2mobile/messaging and 2gb BIS...

i do want the 9810 even though like everyone else i hate the color. i paid $49 for the 9800 and the 9810 is going to be the same price when it comes out this weekend. i convinced CS to wave the $35 restocking fee if i decide to pick it up so i'm happy about that. i probably will get it. why i didnt just wait a week i don't know.

anyways--- i guess this is my new home. it pains my heart to be paying $100 for what i was getting for $70 but at the end of the day big blue is a better network and hopefully i will not have to deal with CS too often.

had at&t before it was cingular and i had cingular before t-mobile.

Welcome to CrackBerry and to A$$. Been with them for lots of years now through some transitions. We stay in large measure for their on the phone customer service. The local store is awful but the folks on the phone have saved our bacon more than one time.

Best of luck with the crew. The company is not much better than most of corporate America these days.
