Default early upgrade

I was just wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to get an early upgrade. I have the iPhone right now and it's been causing me a lot of problems. (freezing, restarting, not starting and so forth.) My upgrade is next month and I was basically wondering if it was possible to get an upgrade now without the crazy prices.

The straight answer is maybe. Go to the store and ask is often the best way. In my area coditions vary a bit from the official line sometimes. A friend got her new Torch early and free just a month ago. Asking is free and worth the money.

I'd go to a store and let them know you're tired of your faulty device and would like to know what your options are in getting rid of the faulty device. If you don't get a satisfactory answer, speak to a manager.

I called the company and got my upgrade early and they waived the fees.

Talking to a manager is the surest way to get a solid NO. Asking if a manager can do something, on the other hand, is more likely to result in a YES.
