I read the 'justjoshin' thread & am not sure what to expect. Can you give any details on stability with an 8820?

I believe that the 8820 has more stability than the Curve. IMO all BBs are pretty stable compared to winSLOW devices. I actually believe some of the memory leak issues are due to the Camera on the Curve/Pearl series. I've actually have had all three and although the 8820 has some leakage, it wasn't as fast as the Curve/Pearl series.

This has to be done maybe once a week. WinSlow/Palm I've had those and it was an everyday, 2-3 times day thing.

I have been unable to send pictures using MMS or email for a while now. I'm not sure if it happened when I upgraded to the new OS or if it stopped before that, but do you have any idea why? Do I need to call tech support?

Have you tried logging into the BIS website and sending the service books to yourself?

Can you get on the web browser?

Here is a question you may or may not be able to answer. Since the iphone cost's less...why is the data plan $10 more then it was a year ago. According to the following article for a standard 24 month contract i will be paying $240 more. Now i know $240 won't change anyone's life over the period of 24 months....but whats the deal???

New iPhone: Lower price, higher cost: Consumer Reports Electronics Blog

Im not planning on getting an iphone just curious? Also is the data plan going to be more when the Bold comes out?

In my experience with beta 4.5 I wasnt able to send mms at all and if you are running the new OS tech support wont be able to help because you dont have an OS we support as of yet.

The only explanation I would have for this is 3g. If you get more you're going to pay more. (IMO) But I can research a lil further but off the top of my head thats what I would say.

I guess I'll just have to wait until 4.5 is out officially then. No worries! Thanks!!

Quick question - are you able to view customer accounts when you are at work? So if I had a question about my bill could you help or would it be best to go through customer service?

What will a family plan with 5 phones, 1 BIS plan, unlimited texting (all networks) free mobile to mobile and around 2100 minutes run me a month?

I could look at your bill but I wont because of the simple fact that I have spoken to you could put all of our jobs in danger checking anything out. But if you have a question I can tell you the answer without viewing it.

109.99 first 2 lines 9.99 a piece for the next 3. Thats for 2100 min. 30.00 for unlimited text for the whole family and 30.00 for 1 BIS plan. You have to do the math yourself.

Get Started - | Wireless from AT&T, formerly Cingular

Thumbs up Introduction

Well, since CDC, MsMari, and Jayden have introduced themselves, without stepping on toes, I would like to add a little help if its cool. I'll go ahead and introduce myself as well. I don't work at the call center with them (sorry guys :P ) I actually work at a COR location in WAS/BAL market.

I too work for AT&T, and would be willing to answer (to the best of my abilities) to help out with the Q&A of any plans/questions/concerns (no complaints ) about anything AT&T Mobility or related to Blackberry. Please keep in mind, I cannot discuss anything account related, against of COBC.

My PIN is 242889C4.

If you need a question answered, send a request over. As MsMari said, if you send me a request, please say you're from CB so I can know who you are. I have about 100 people on my list lol, and I wouldn't want you to get rejected.
