Default Data issue

When I try to access the internet or any app that needs the internet I am unable to do so unless I am on Wi-fi. I took my sim card out and put it into a different device and data loads just fine.

Are there any settings I should check on my phone or is this something I should try and bring up with AT&T?

What is the other phone that works? Another Blackberry or another type of smartphone?

Do you have a blackberry data plan as opposed to a standard carrier data plan?

The other phone that worked was a Razr, not sure if that even uses the same data.

I have the Blackberry 2GB plan.

I checked the data services and it is enabled.

Could the outage that was recently experienced cause a loss of actual data service? I am only a year into Blackberry ownership, so am still learning.
