Seriously, though, it's the iPhones. All they do is drop calls, fail at email, and NEW FOR 2012: CAN'T CONNECT TO THE NETWORK BECAUSE OF AN INTERCARRIER MMS MESSAGE! AVAILABLE WORLDWIDE, THOUGH EVERYONE WILL SAY IT'S JUST AT&T BECAUSE THEY DON'T DO RESEARCH. BECAUSE IT'S FOR NERDS. Like the nerds in the eighties who had Apple computers, and used the "internet". What dorks. Let's all point and laugh.

But seriously, who in their right mind would design a handheld digital radio transceiver with a pair of uninsulated external antennae where the user's sweaty hands will form an electrical bridge?
I think you've drank too much of your own kool aid - there's nothing wrong with the 4S design, and I'm perfectly happy getting 9.7mbps download speeds with it as well... fail at email I happen to think a device that TRUNCATES emails off due to size on a smartphone is FAIL at email...

yup you should lay off the hard stuff there and realize that's just not the case

What is it that ATT is doing that is so wrong?

Last time I signed up with Verizon we had to take the phones back during the trial period and cancel the contract because we had no signal at home.

8 months later they sent a bill collector after me for monthly services. I had to produce the cancelation paperwork, lucky my Wife kept those papers. I was tempted to let them take it to court so I could show the judge the papers and have that mess thrown out of court. And those bastardz still owed me a $20 check for a handset exchange.

Thieves have better customer service than ATT? No F-ing Way!

Don't believe everything you read. ATT has done things for me they didn't have to do.

I've been with ATT forever and have never had major issues with dropped calls or anything else for that matter. However, their chat reps are horrible and will tell you wrong things. On the random case I do have an issue or question, it's the service reps that annoy me the most. No idea if this would be similar with other carriers. But, this has never been a big enough deal for me to switch.

No Turncates here, that must be an older model your thinking of.

I dont see how verizon is the highest, their the priciest of them all! Sprint should be the highest satisfaction considering they have better plans and more to offer.

Your ideas are based off of a sampling of one. I have over fifty thousand incidents of iPhone 4 and 4s complaints tracked over 18 months, many of which were people complaining that the quality of their service dropped sharply when they changed from an iPhone 3G/3Gs to a 4/4s.

But alas, nobody knows what Occam's razor is, so they insist that the instant they activate their new phone, the entiiiiiire AT&T network magically fell apart for only them.
