Caller ID - Unknown on 3G, Correct ID under EDGE/GSM

Hi,
Wondering if all the Bold users outside with AT&T service have this issue.
My office phone is routed thru Cisco System phone equipment. Everyone who has caller ID service (Land Lines, Cable phones, T-Mobile, VZW etc) can see my number when I called.

However, when I call my wife's Bold or Co-workers' iphone 3G while they are on the 3G network, my number will show up as Unknown Caller.
Nevertheless, if they switch to EDGE on those two devices, the caller ID will display correctly. I was told by an AT&T rep that his personal Samsung 3G displays a weird Caller ID - like 1XXXXXXX where the area code is dropped off.

Has anyone encountered similar issues?

I'm using the BB Bold, and the caller ID while on 3G is working as it should.

Were your calls orignated from an office phone that is connected to Cisco phone equipment? I believe the issues occurs if the call is originated using Cisco equipment. AT&T insists that it is the phone equipment issue on the orignating side, but 6 out of 7 recipients can see my tel no, including AT&T 2G phones. Their comcast land lines also have trouble display my caller ID. May be I should asking everyone on the forum who uses Cisco phones in the office to try call their AT&T 3G handsets.

I had this problem and two weeks of working with AT&T tech, we have finally figured out the solution. I am not going to post it here because I am interested in knowing how widespread is this issue. Please contact me via this forum and I will share the solution with you.

I am also having this issue.
Blackberry Bold, AT&T, Cisco Network.

It is driving me mad cause I use this phone for work and need to know who is calling me.
