Is BIS offered on AT&T's New GO Phone Data plan?

AT&T is now offering prepaid options for SmartPhone users. It appears that you can add the data feature to their 10 Cents a minute plan. I know its not a great option. But honestly 500MB of Data for $25 would do me just fine. However does this include BIS? My main concern is for Emails. I dont do much web browsing however I would like to use BBM and Emails. If this will not work does anyone else have any other suggestions? T-Mobile does not work well, it roams which is still fine with me. I do NOT need any voice. JUST BIS. I have my own handset I can use either a T-Mobile Branded BlackBerry or an AT&T Branded BlackBerry it just needs to a GSM service with BBM. Im not opposed to contracts im just waiting for the BOLD 9900. I would hate to use the upgrade on the Torch 9800 or the Pearl 3G.

I've been on att gophone for a coupe years now. Anything that is done in reards to using BB servers,will not work. I have the lowest data plan to get, just to see what worked, and a bunch of stuff dosent work. I finally downgraded the app wrld so it would work over wifi.
BBM,some apps,email apps...they want work.

And I'm using an att branded 9000. Good service, just no access to bb servers
