BB9700 Bezel Creaking Replace ?

I just purchased a 9700 Bold and got it in yesterday.

I noticed that the bezel is creaking and its rather annoying for a new device. I know i can walk in a AT&T store and get it replaced, my question is do they have the ability to perform backup "device switch" on my BB ?

No, you back up your own stuff.

I just called them and they said they will overnight me a phone, sounds easier to have both in front of me.

Should i use the device switcher or just do a backup/restore ?
