Default att won't track my data usage anymore ?!

What the duece, I log in with the att wireless app on my blackberry and it tells me I can't view how much data I have used so far. I definitely could do this a few weeks ago. I want to make sure I don't go over, is att really that greedy and heartless they aren't letting us check how close we are to overage charges anymore??!

Super lame if so.

To clarify, I'm using the myatt app which brings me to the mywireless part of att's mobile site and I check the data on my line (family plan) and it tells me this:

UD1536 : Due to the recent change to your data feature, we are unable to display usage information until after your next billing cycle begins.


WOW! This might be the last straw from this crappy telecomm firm

If you make a mid-cycle data feature change, this happens. This is not some obscure fact, it is clearly stated online when you make the change. Just call customer service and ask for the unbilled summary of your data usage.

lame sauce.. for future reference you cant log in to the mobile site. it shows me on the website when i log in from my computer (I havent had time to do this lately)

you can also dial *3282# or *DATA# and send and it will give you current data use, and text msgs as well
