Default ATT reps please help!!!!!

My wife has had the iphone for about 1.5 years now. She constantly drops calls, get low signal, cant make calls, etc. We went the apple store and twice they have given us a new or refurb iphone. Now the phone is out of warranty. What can we do to get an early upgrade?

Go into any AT&T store and ask if you can do an exception upgrade. Her line is getting very close to being ready for the full upgrade though. They will let you know how long until, and you can decide whether to wait for the full upgrade or do the early one.

WHY'S MY PHONE DROP CALLS
'cause the iPhone don't get service in a house with walls

Serious. That's all those things do other than cost literally fifty times what it costs to construct them.

It's three years past the point of even trying to be constructive with iPhone critique. It's a poorly-engineered festival of patent infringement made by Foxconn, most recently famous for explosions and mass-suicides, famous in the past for generally low-quality manufacturing.

18 months into your contract? Hmm, ask customer care nicely, and you may be surprised. Don't ask a store. Don't demand. No guarantees, but holidays are good days to ask the unusual.

Oh look, tomorrow is a holiday.
