Default ATT Device support center question

does anybody here been to an ATT DSC to get your smartphone fix or replace? how quick is the process normally take before they do anything to replace/repair your phone? I'm having trouble with my torch and i want tobring it to DSC to have it check. i just want to know what to expect.

The one here in Las Vegas is fast and to the point - they ask what the issue is, troubleshoot alittle and if it can't be resolved give you a replacment right then and there (as long as your device isn't all beat-up ect...)

I've dealt with them quite a bit over the years and they're alot better then dealing with the a**holes over the phone...

If you have one close i would recommend it also. They are pretty fast and will swap out phones. Make sure to back up on desktop manager or third party apps or similar. They only can back up contacts pretty much. I almost lost a bit of info. Good service overall.

really depends on location, on in Dallas is busy you are looking at 30-1hr wait. There is also one in Ft. Worth which is less crowded ..

But over all experience is good, I couldn't wait few days without a working phone ... rather spend an hr at a DSC then 1-2days w/o working phone
