Default Sending MMS on the Storm

Hi all, I've got a Verizon Storm here, and I'm trying to send an MMS through it. With any pictures that I take, I can send them just fine. But if someone send me a picture, and I save it to my media card, and then try to send it as an MMS, the picture comes up blank. Anyone else with this problem and anyone know of a fix? Running .113.

I had a similar problem. I have a text sent to me that had a sound(ringtone) attached and the message showed a arrow(play button)on. But when I opened the text it was just a white page. When I pressed the bb memu button I was able to save the ringtone to my card, but it would be good if I could listen to it 1st without saving. Is there something not enable or soemthing to fix this cause I couldnt find it if there was.

I've looked long and hard for a solution to this by fiddling with the thing - no joy!

I understand sending videos, which you do have to change the size to MMS. But for some reason starting this week I haven't even been able to send a picture or forward a funny text message. Any Ideas here?

Resend service books. options>advanced options>host routing table

Then click bb button and register handheld.

This will resend your service books and should bring back your MMS.

Something "funny" does happen with pictures not taken by my Storm. I was having an issue with quality and non native pictures being re sized. If you want to check it out, my post was here:
http://forums.crackberry.com/f86/mms...olated-306119/

I found a solution, but not really a fix. Somebody had mentioned that the problem went away with the 5.0 builds, but I've been waiting (with the multitude of millions,) for the new leak to check it out.

If you use MMS, check out the following freeware :

With YouCast for BlackBerry (http://www.youcast.net), you can exchange media files with your BlackBerry friends instantly. The push activation application based on Wireless SMS. It supports parallel, scheduled, segmented upload and download with CRC checksum with efficient network bandwidth utilization. It works on WiFi or data plan.

Difference from traditional MMS: No size limitation, No physical network limitations, connectionless protocol, multiple files supported, multiple sender and receiver threads, multiple destination types such as phone number.

To install the most updated version: point your BlackBerry browser to
here and click the "Install Now". It takes less than a minute.
