A few points on this forum:

a) Keep in mind you CANNOT create new threads in this forum. It is not a forum for posting your questions. Threads appearing in this forum have been moved into here by forum moderators as they are popular and helpful threads that fit this the topic of Storm Tips, How To & FAQ. If you have created a thread in the main Storm forum that you think belongs here, feel free to contact a moderator and they will move it for you.

b) Keep in mind this forum is for Storm-specific Tips, How To & FAQ. There is a whole wealth of applicable BlackBerry knowledge outside of the Storm forum that new BlackBerry owners should look at, including our main Tips, How To & FAQ forum and BlackBerry 101 Lecture Series.

c) At the top of the site on the main menu is a link (orange circle with a question mark) for Newbies. If you're new to BlackBerry and to CracKBerry.com, be sure to check this link out.

d) Search. If you have a question about your BlackBerry Storm, the odds are it has already been answered. Try using the Advanced Forum Search utility before posting your question. You may just find the answer you're looking for immediately. If you're new to the forums and aren't sure how this all works, visit our Forums Tutorial.

I like the idea, sooo many of the same threads over and over simply because people don't search!

Hey Kevin, I totally, totally, love CrackBerry.com!! I have the storm right now, which I've upgraded from the BB Curve 8320, but im having alot of trouble with the memory leaking!! ive upgraded from the .075 OS, to the .148, then to the .167 OS, but i think it might just be one of my Apps (Areise Card Loader) which keeps bringing up Apps that I've deleated!! I just cant get rid of them!!! How would i re-set my phone to finally get rid of all those Apps????? I would really appreciate your help, or from one of your "peeps"! Thanks again!!
