hi guys, im new here. can i ask a question?

*so, i check on my ubertwitter lyk i always do in the morning. suddenly my storm got stuck, so im batterypulling my stom. but then, my storm wont start up, just a blank black screen, with the red led. but it wont start. ive already tried all your suggest lyk (jl_cmndr, using loader, etc) but it wont help my storm (the stuck is still happen, even after im using jl_cmndr and installing the new os). my storm is using 4.7.151, and ive been using that os in 1 month, and nothing happened, except that. and now im frustrated, dont know what to do. can you guys help me? thank you all..

I just uploaded .151 for my 5530 everything went smooth until I noticed that my contacts transfered, all of my apps and themes did though, I believe I backed them up via app loader when it asked me if i wanted to back up the phone but I don't know where to look for my contacts, any help would be great.

This is not my first time updating my storm, but this time it just wont find the new OS.

win 7 64
DM 5.1
Storm 9530
current OS 5.0.0.323
New OS 5.0.0.328

all old os has been uninstalled
Backup made
phone detected

vendor file in common file/RIM/AppLoader has been deleted

both loader and DM won`t detect my New OS

I tried to brows to the folder where the new OS is (common file/RIM/Shared) and I just dont know which file to chose..

am I at the right place

Ok after my last reinstall and deleting all settings previous settings and disconnecting my internet connection, I was finely able to see the OS and from there the install worked like a charm.

my storm just took a major crap on me for some reason. how do i get the contacts from my back up file on to my phone its not working when i try to restore. advanced option wont let me either.... PLEASE HELP!

Dumb question from a new guy. Where can I get 328 for my 9530 that is with Bell Mobility. When I use the official link, I go to the Verizon site that asks me for my phone #. I don't imagine it will like my Canadian #. Help

i was updating my storm the other night abd its deleted all my contacts,photos and music im desparate!!

Hey guys, I really need your help on this one. My last Storm was really tripping out so I updated the OS to 5.0. Then after that the radio shut down for 2 days and wouldn't reactivate. I then took it in to Verizon and got a "Like New" replacement which had no browser or application central, or even BB World. It had only very basic apps.

Now I backed up all my data on my desktop before I updated the OS, but now when I try to restore the data the Desktop mgr says "Transfer in progress" and hasn't moved 1 half inch for 45 mins.


Any Ideas on how to get my data back on to this Device? Or how to solve this stalemate between my storm and computer??
