I have an unlocked Storm 2 and I finally got the browser icon to appear on the home screen. When I click on the browser I get the message "this is a wi-fi service. Please make sure that your device has an active wi-fi connection and try again. Can any body help please. I went to my tcp/ip settings and all seems to be ok. Although in options the browser says hotspot I dont know what that is.Default browser configuration is where that is. I'm not sure what to do next.

I got as far as uploading my service books. Now we I try to open crackutil and i click ok leaving the password blank it says "incorrect password or phone in not connect to computer" and the program closes. My phone is connected and I don't have a password. What should I do at this point?

Followed the instructions, I have the sms text working, email set up, media net works but I cant get on the brower or facebook. Any suggestions?

have you updated the TCP/IP setting? options > advanced > TCP/IP

I followed the steps in both methods and still no browser... the icon shows up for about 5 sec, and then is gone. Please, any help would be great!!!

Almost everything worked for me!!! Even installed Aol mail, AIM, Facebook, & Ubertwitter apps. I'm Still having connection issues with Pandora though. Any ideas?
