Im stuck on step two...I installed Crackutil extract all files etc... When it came time for me to go to back-up,advanced settings on the left side file open, I cannot find the so called "service books" sorry not a big computer whiz... can anyone help me???

Default My Browser Did Not Working
I had blackberry strom unlock with t-mobile provider.
my question : my phone was unlock, and now i can using my email, bb email, flicker, facebook and vz navigation. but why my browser did not work ?
everytime when i try : your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries. pl contact your service provider to enable the broser on your device.
i tried followed what the instructions from here step by step using cragutil.
i resent my service books already and used ##000000 send to my mobile, and put my mobile number, but in my tcp/ip did not say : wap.voicestream.com, and after that i changed with wap.voicestream.com, but my web.browser still did not working. everything else was working properly.
Next step what should i do ???
Please help.

for some reason I cant do this because when i open up Crackutil (I use no password on my BB) the chart asking for the password prompts, as I use no password, I click OK....then a chart opens and says "File Access Denied" and then I'm unable to click on any part of the Crackutil chart....HEEEELP what can I do??? and when i upgrade my BB version, does all the information gets lost?? or it doesnt erase?

yeah np.. im happy to help anyone with this.. as i still cant get EDGE!!! only lowercase edge.. tmobile wont transfer me to rim. im to lazy to lie and go on and on about me having a curve.. or i could call rim for a simple question charging me $49 and not even sure if it will fix my problem lol

now that I got the service books, I went to step 3 and started. when I opened up crackutil, then load file to device, I could not find the browser.daemon.... when i go to crackutil te folder is empty..

I cut and pasted it to a new folder and when i open the folder the cod file is their (browser.daemon) but then it gives me an error message... something about JAVA

its says "Could not run Javaloader.exe file does not exist" any suggestions??????

Ok here lifes my own problem too

1. Page one is complete.
2. I can't get EDGE on my Storm, but I can get EDGE on the Curve.
3. TCP/APN: set to wap.voicestream.com

Only thing I haven't done is contact Tmo/Rim to set my PIN to this BB.

What could be my problem? Or did I just answer my own question?

Also I can make phone calls, but can't send any SMS at all! What's going on?
