Default How do I select all?

How do I select all in my msgs and in general? Like how Windows has CTRL+A. Currently I'm just highlighting from top to bottom or vice versa. I kept my email box rather clean but I neglected my sms box which has a ton of msgs. I know I can use my current "select all" w/ the scrolling up and down but is there a key combo or whatnot that will select all?
