Would this work for a blu ray digital copy? I ask because 2 movies I bought that had it download to itunes, but the Hancock blu ray copy downloads to play with windows media player. I really wanted to put it on my ipod, but if I could use this to put it on the storm that would be just as good...better actually. Thanks

I tried AoA too. It worked easily and quickly, but was a bit blocky. I guess that's how all of these DVD rips though? Anyone know the way to get the best quality, even if the movie ends up being 1.5 gigs?
Not sure what to tell you, I've just been using the default iPod Touch setting without adjusting any of the parameters and they've been converting just fine for me. I set the quality slider to the lower end (the video still looks great), use either 1 or 2 passes depending on how much time I have, and let it fly. Not that it should matter but I do have AnyDVD running as well, but that wouldnt affect the output. Maybe try updating your CloneDVDMobile to the latest version and try it again to see if it helps??

Why am I unable to use any of these to convert and load movies? I have spent the last few days without success.
Any suggestions?
Copy over, how are you trying to move it ????
Should just be a drag and drop from c:> program files>erightsoft>super>output, to videos on drive 2
of your BB, you can even do a cut or copy and paste if you want to....

Default Windows Movie Maker

Try this if you are using Vista. Open Windows movie maker.. Upload Video you want into it. Drag to story board at the bottom left. Click Publish movie button at top center.. Connect BB. Open Desk top BB Manager. Click on Media. Click Start under Media Manager. Once it opens click on Manage Videos. Now Click on the Start Button on windows vista and go to your my documents tab and find the folder your windows movie maker published your video to.. Usually "Videos". Once you find it Click and Drag it into the Roxio video manager screen to the bottom section and drop it.. Let it load.. Unplug
BB . Click on media on your BB. Click on Videos . Click on the one video you just loaded and BAM.. If this does not work for ya then you are a retard.. lol... Prob a s big a retard as me for putting on these extended directions...LOL... I dont know what all type formats this will work for. I do know vista has trouble with mp4 so thats why I drag everything into windows movie maker and it converts it so vista plays it well. All videos I have tried this with open up on the storm in full screen..

Pretty cool tip using software that you already have. I might try it just for sh*ts and giggles.

Default Super Help

Hey Im using the settings you gave here but it is increasing the size of the movies bigtime??? As in a 480x360 mp4 mono movie that was a 700mb divx file is now a 1.2GB file?

The video's work, but the IPOD converter I have makes movies like 400 - 500mb, and they look great?

Any idea's?

Thanks

CR

Yes, The settings I provided are cranked to the max for Maximum bitrate/quality. They were taken from the demo video that shipped with the Storm. Most software that converts to iPod format is usually around 700kbps~900kbps my settings were 1248kbps. Simply decrease the bit rate. One guy on here actually uses 192kbps and thinks the quality is fine. Pick a small file and try a few different bit rates until you find one your comfortable with. Everyone has different tolerance levels when it comes to video quality. Please post your settings that you like if you find something that works for you, and I'll put it in the main tutorial.

I hope this is ok to ask in this thread. Has anyone figured out a way to fast forward into videos? Are we stuck just watching them without being able to skip ahead?
