Well talk about customer service!
Well talk about customer service. I had a S1 since Dec 08, and transitioned from original OS to .419 with no other problems than the basics. It was a love/hate relationship but I did like the S1. Anyway somehow my screen got cracked a few weeks ago (kids) and made the insurance claim thru Asurion. They sent me another S1, albeit a refurbished one last Monday. Had issues with it all week; different bugs, errors with media and ringtones, stuff that has been posted on CB. Emailed them about it. They called me the next day, discussed the issues I had and said they saw it was a refurbished and would I mind if they sent me a brand new S2......DUH, no! Anyway got the S2 now and tweaking it so it is "mine" Thanks to all the good S1 support from fellow S1 users and I am sure will get the same support from S2 forums.
Now for the bad news...wife is seriously coveting the IPhone 3GS. Dont know what is going to happen.
