I dunno why I love this phone...what a headache it has been. Last month the speaker stopped working, so I got a refurb...and not even a month later the damn thing quits working for no reason. Another $35 dollars for a loaner POS (dont get me started about telus connect either) and wait a week for another refub. I asked about getting a new phone and was told that wasnt an option but in 2 months I'll be 1 year into my 3 year contract and eligible for $200 off a new BB...that's great in two months ill also be out of warrenty so when this "new" refurb dies Ill have no choice but blow another $300 on a phone. What happened to the times when a phone more often than not survived the life of your contract??? And for the record, I'm a light user and take very good care of my things. And all this starts just after I convince my wife to get one of these too...

telus is complete trash customer service wise. I have been lucky with my phone in that even with abuse, it has remained solid.

I HATE dealing with Telus no matter what the problem. They simply DO NOT care for the customer.

Be glad because I am using an import set, meaning no customer support and no warranty.
