left them for AT&T about a week ago and forget getting an unlock code, spoke with 4 CS reps.. they will NOT give me a code and claim they don't have them.

(telling them they are dicks because i left probably did not help...)

off to freeyourcellphone.com & pay 20 bucks i guess (which is fine, it's just the principle of it... one last time Verizon screws me, can you hear me now ?)

In this situation, it's not Verizon that sucks. It's the customer's (you) fault. You should've got the code BEFORE you left. If you honestly thought they'd give you the code after you canceled service with them.....

Never had issues with verizon. Had some problems with features and get over charged but they have always refunded.
I guess I'd be curious to I know why you left. But, I am just trying to be nice...
