Default THANKS to Everyone who HELPED!!!! But time to move on!

Thank you to everyone who helped me with my storm. A storm user since 7:30am PST Nov 21, 2008, it is soon time for me to move on. While i loved this phone for what it did and the innovation it brought (love surepress), the RIM software developers simply couldnt make the software use-able for me on this phone. It may be my fault that i have over 20 apps on the phone but oh wellz. I guess this may not be a final good bye as i will be moving over to the Tour 9630 forums in a couple weeks when i get my phone but more of a so long. I may be back when the storm 2 comes out, maybe when RIM finally decides to make their OS utilize the FULL power and potential of the hardware.

i may wonder around these forums for a bit longer and will still try to help keep up the storm wiki which i started if i see any big news for the storm, but so long for now!

I'd wish you good luck with the Tour but i'm confident it will be near flawless out of the box.

RIM's "first touchscreen blackberry" sure leaves a lot to be desired, maybe it should be their last, and they focus on what they can do right.

please feel free to come back here and let us know the issues that your new phone WILL probably have. Just remember all the hype for the storm before the realease and all the issues it had. Dont expect no problems at all

Haha. yeah. i think ill pitstop by every so often to see all the funny isht going down. By the way i am not expecting the tour to have NO problems, but all the storm pre-hype was pretty crappy. i remember BGR and engadget tearing the storm apart. I didn't want to believe them or listen to them. Well i guess 8 months later i caved in!
