Set Ring Tones/Alerts

Having just updated my Storm to the latest version (Voda UK) I've foound i can no longer access the Set Ring Tones/Alert button, I reaally need to change my text tne because now I never hear it.
Obviously changing ringtone isn't too much of a problem.
I've even tried to downgrade to the previous version but still no joy.
Any help would be really apprciated

I'm not sure that I completely understand the question but I access the Set ring tones/alerts menu by pressing the icon that looks like a speaker (to the left of the date at the top of screen using the standard theme). Set ring tones/alerts is available towards the bottom of the list that appears.
