Replacement phone from Asurion Problems

The phone works like it should for the most part, but do you think Asurion will send me a replacement phone for the replacement phone they sent to me the first time?

I was fortunate enough to get a good refurb from them about 3 weeks ago.

My previous phone, before I lost it, had issues 2 and 3. I don't seem to have them on my refurb.

wow...interesting to be reading this. My initial replacement from them was a refurb too with maybe one ding on it. My problem was that they didn't return it to factory settings. There was an old IT setting on it that wouldn't let me use some apps. I couldn't get rid of it either. I called Assurion just to have them tell me how to fix the issue. The lady said that they would just replace my phone w/out cost. I asked her if I could get a new one and she said sure! Next day I got the whole kit and canoodle just like I had gotten it from a Verizon store.
