Default REally starting to get sick of the Storm
I've been a firm supporter of the Storm when I purchased it over one year ago. I've kept up with all the leaks, tweaks and whatnot. I've drudged through the memory leaks, lock-ups, white bars, sluggish responsiveness while typing in landscape and everything that has come along. You would figure after a YEAR that most of these problems would have been ironed out. Storm 2 is released and the Storm seems to have been forgotten. So, in two weeks...I will be purchasing the Motorola Droid. It's been real, it's been fun. But I'm hard pressed to say if it has been real fun.

hey I just wanted to let you know, OP that I am really thinking about getting up to make some toast. At first I thought just a slice of bread would do... but I really think I'm leaning towards toast. Bread has been good to me, but I think it's time I moved on.

Its actually a fairly common thing. I did the same thing myself. With the exception of push yahoo email, its been a huge upgrade. Well I miss the crackberry community too

Don't feel bad op, you should be tired of your storm. Its ******* junk. Howarmat attacks anyone who doesn't like their storm, because for some reason, he identifies himself through his cell phone. Its sad, especially because he does so through a cell phone that sucks so ******* bad.

I'm sorry. What I meant to say is "user error".

HAHAHAHAHA I know right. You would think the OP would be allowed to rant & rave in the Rants & Raves Forum without being slammed by the crackberry army.

Do I think the Storm was an "ok" smartphone? Yes. Do I think it's one of the worst blackberries released to date? Yes. However if you care at all OP, the word is the Storm 2 is much more solid and is basically what the original Storm should of been, so getting a Storm 2 might be an avenue you might want to look into. Me personally, I still have my original Storm and have no need of replacing it until I see something really awesome come out of RIM (hopefully sooner than later).

Orrrr maybe dare I say.... Take a peek at a Verizon branded iPhone!!!???

occasionally i sit on the toilet when i'm bored and just see if i can pooop.

honestly the droid is a brick. i thought the storm was heavy... no.. droid is heavy. i guess if that scud missile was optional i'd opt out
