need help vodafone uk

i purchased a storm and had it unlocked after spending 60 quid to have the screen replaced as well. had the unlock code accepted but cannot make calls or use sms. can use internet browser and mms however. please can anyone help as it seems to cost me money all the time at mo . 90 pound and 12 month sim only contract to date. any help would be greatly appreciated

when making a call just says call failed. getting signal either gprs or 3g.
thought had been unlocked properly.

if it comes up code accepted doesnt that mean it is unlocked

Call Vodafone customer service and battle it out with them, I would imagine it's a problem at their end.
