Default My Blackberry died, and my provider is doing this to me.

My Blackberry storm died the other day due to hardware malfunctions. It's never had any water damage, or been dropped, no apps were downloaded, no nothing. I called Telus the other day, and they said they'd call me back whether they're sending a new phone or not. They never called. I sent my blackberry in, and they haven't sent anything thus far. Where should I go from here? The phone is still on Warranty, it's only 7 months old. Should I call telus again? Who should I talk to because I need a working phone.

yes call tellus, go to tech support, explain situation, where did you send your phone??? if they push you around or half *** their job, ask nicely to speak with a sup, be happy and just ask were your phone is or when youll recieve your new one, if you bought it from tellus, they have to replace, again i dont know where you would have sent your phone thoough, did they give you an address. telus that is?

We have a Telus distributer where I live. They can't replace the phone but they can send it to telus to get it fixed/replaced. Telus already said they wouldn't fix it, they'd replace it, but we've yet to hear of any action. I need this phone, I'm going to school and I keep absolutely everything on my blackberry. I have it backed up to my computer but usually I'm on the go and don't have access to it.

Sorry, kinda old thread. They forgot to send the phone for a week, so they're sending it tomorrow. Here's exactly what happened, if you wanted to see:
