My battery will not charge!!!!!

Its been on a charger all day with the lightning accoss the batter, so i was thinking that it was working. By the end of the day, NO charge and phone wont turn on. Ive use 3 different chargers and two new batteries, same result! Please help me if you can. Will verizon replace it. I have never damaged it in any shape or form. Its mint.

hey, i work at Verizon
what i would do is take your phone
in, tell them whats going on, you said it was in good condition...
explain to them all the chargers and batterys and bs,
if your assertive but not a *** about it
they may just swap it out for free
if they dont at the very most you would have to
file an insurance claim....which you hopefully have on ur BB

i called verizon and they are sending a new charger, that's it. hopefully that is it because my girlfriends Tour charger charged mine finally last night.

I'm having the same issue after my phone turn off cause of the battery was low. I have a 2 wall charger, USB charger, and car charger. I have tried charging the phone with all 4 and nothing.. So I when up and test the chargers with a Tour that I also have they all worked.. I swap the Tour's battery with the Storm's and the Storm will turn on.. Seems that the battery after a point of been 0% charge will not start charging up again no matter what.. Seem the only thing I can do is get a new battery or try using one of those battery chargers that charge the battery directly..

I have to do a battery pull before plugging into the wall charger. It charges then. I think it's a known bug with this version of the OS.

I do not have this problem charging via USB.
