A minor fix for the keyboard...

I find that when I really get going and end up typing a paragraph or two, I start to slide my thumb on the screen when I'm going from letter to letter, which will cause me to accidentally hide the keyboard, causing me to click on whatever is directly below the keyboard. that usually ends up being either the logout or submit buttons so I either have to go through the hassle of logging in again or having a half-finished post sent.

What it would be nice is when the hide keyboard swipe is done the keyboard does not actually hide for a moment to make sure you weren't still typing.

i dont think i have every had a problem with this. I doubt rim will change anything like you want either.

I'm betting it would only be changing two lines of code, so who knows?

What OS are you on? That is a known bug on 419, but I've never had it happen on any other OS. Sucks because the actual act of typing on 419 was the best the Storm1 ever got, but the disappearing browser keyboard could be annoying.

I'd just try typing slower when in the browser.
