Default I want beyond160 back.....

....plus a few other apps that .328 rendered useless due to some software bug. RIM I wish you would get your act together.

Does Textender work? I've heard good things about it.

Not sure.... Other text-based apps are bankrupt now too for the same reason. My auto texting apps all bit the dust with .328; RIM claims they are working on the issue.

How is RIM to blame for a 3rd party app not working? You should be bugging the developer.

I think there is a bug or something in the SMS that doesn't allow the beyond 160 app and such to work. I'm not entirely sure though.

there is a bug in the new 5.0.X OS that prevents it from working. Supposedly they are resolving the issue in the next OS release.

Slated for 2016.

Have you tried contacting the developer and seeing if they can fix it?

Oh yes. They alreaded responded to say it can't be fixed in the app side. It's an OS bug.
