Default Horrible experience with the Storm so far I need help

Ok this is really pissing me off now. My phone is acting so weird. I have an unlocked storm for t-mobile with OS .167. I can make/receive calls. I can send text but I can't receive them from people if they aren't on t-mobile. The network keeps going from EDGE to edge constantly. At first the browser was missing but I fixed that. Is this just a bad blackberry? Any help please? I have also tried every other OS and they all have same problems

That's what happens when you get a phone that doesn't fit your network.

Give Tmo customer service a call. They were very helpful today when my phone quit texting. They fixed that problem for me, then the phone quit sending emails and they fixed that for me.

Even tho the Storm isn't a Tmo phone, they always go the extra mile for me, trying to help me get the problem fixed.

Don't give up so quickly on your storm. There are plenty of folks here that will help. The storm is a great phone and Tmo is a great company. They can work great together.
