Got refurbished phone today,

And the damn thing is worse then the one i am having replaced, the screen dont even click, any suggestions?

did you get it at the store or mail? Or you could try the torx screw fix if you dont want to get another one.

got it from the mail. Not very happy about the whole ordeal

sold almost 2 millions units and you think everyone has given up just because a handful have issues?

did you call customer service and tell them about it. I would start there and try to be nice and civil when talking to them. It will get you farther than if you get pissed at them.

Take them both into the store and have them give you one from the back room. I did that with my old phone before I got a blackberry. At my vzw in ohio, if its in stock, I get a replacement.
