Goodbye Storm!! Clear Skies Ahead!!

Thanks, Ive only returned my phone twice, but in a longer time than two months, the one they gave me yesterday already crapped out and all ive done was put my contacts on the phone. I guess ill have to return the next two and ask them to connect me to customer service on their landline after i return the phone two more times. THe manager i talked to amde me rather mad as he lied to me and said verizon has never offered a different phone no matter what the situation and the most i could do was get a storm 2 if i return the phone again. He told me that hes sorry the phone has such a high failure rate but that verizon wont do anything. Ill keep trying till i can trade for what I want. The storm is ok when it works (besides the browser) but the amount of battery pulls ive had to do is rediculous, I told them i shouldnt have to do this mcuh to get the phone ot preform basic functions and do what it is advertised to do and they pretty much told me oh well go away. GUess i should try a different store.
