Default Found the reason your Storm sucks so bad-

This may be old news to you guys, but the C.E.O. of RIM spent all of his time last year obsessed with buying the Phoenix Coyotes hockey team and moving it to Canada!! .. fulfilling a childhood dream he says.

As I spent a damn year waiting for a functioning O.S. for my pos RIM Product, he's off monkeying around with Hockey-Teams.. His 3rd failed bid.

a quote from an article.. "His persistence with the hockey bid has caused concern among some analysts who say Balsillie could become distracted from the daily activities of growing RIM."

NO SH1T!!!!

That doesn't have as much to do with it. R&D is in charge of the devices and another department is in charge of the software. Balsille is the owner and founder, he doesn't do the little stuff like that.
My Storm works pretty well anyway so I don't really care that much.

I prefer my storm over the droid. Droid feels cheap to me and I hate slide out keyboards. And with the keyboard offcenter and the keys are just weird to type on I am happy I have my storm. Nuff said.

You are kidding I hope. Is it actually your contention that a person who is a CEO of a company can only do one thing at a time? It is the job of the CEO to lead the company, to share and empower the vision of the company with his fellow officers, his employees, and the Board. While he may have devoted time, money, and energy to his bid to buy the hockey team, I very much doubt that he took his eye off of RIM. I also believe that he has very capable senior officers that would not only lead the company in the right direction, but would also inform him if he was making that type of mistake. And if by some chance they wouldn't, I'll guarantee the Board of Directors would.

Not only is it awkward to use, and feels cheap. It's by far the ugliest thing I have ever seen. I would be embarrassed to be seen in public with such a hideous excuse for a phone.

No worries.. if you guys are happy, i'm happy..

I'm just still bitter that all of last year the storm couldn't even perform to the level of the commercials.

After a year of failure on a flagship product you gotta blame the top imho.

And now I know who to blame!! ..

You better hope he's almost done with his damn dreams and steers RIM back on track this year!

You sir, are a troll. If you are not a troll, you are behaving like a troll. I guess that makes you a troll. Now crawl back under your bridge.

I agree to the physical keyboard is horrible on the Droid, however i use a landscape virtual keyboard and never even use the slide keyboard.

I've actually heard that the slide out keyboard isn't bad to use on the Droid once you get used to it.

I would sure hope your right because it seems dumb to have a big, thick, heavy phone, but only use half of it.
