Cold fingers, screen doesnt respond.

I got rid of my storm when after the 3rd time I pulled out my phone to use it while on a bike ride and the screen had zero response, no icons would even highlight. Has anyone else had this problem?

So I picked up a new Curve, easy to use but small screen, no flash, hard to text on and now I'm really swaying towards the storm 2.

Has anyone had this temperature problem with their storms? Does anyone know if it might have been fixed on the storm 2?

If you can still ride. A bike you are somewhere way warmer than me. Never noticed it not working. In cold weather, but its -25 here and I don't use it much outside.

My Storm(9530) clicks fine, but when i try to highlight and select an icon it "senses" in two places. I'll touch the SMS icon and the clock icon lights up too? In the browser I try to scroll down a page and the things to select text pop up. I'm getting very frustrated. I haven't talked Verizon yet. But it might be time to "upgrade"? Unless someone knows of some fix for this. Thank you!
