If you're talking about the toolbar at the bottom of the browser for every page, it is easy to get rid of it. Tap the screen. It is a pain now because, in older OS's it would go away until you closed and reopened the browser. Now it comes back with every page.
A more permanent way of stopping it is to hit the ? button within the browser and hitting Options, General Properties, and checking the Full Screen View box. Be warned that this removes the top bar ask well (the bar with the window title, signal strength, and any notification you may receive).
