Wow. I have had my Storm 9530 for a year now, have used it every day, all day, for e-mails, phone calls, web browsing, game playing, and internet radio, without a single thing going wrong. I even took it to England as my Sprint phone would not work over there. Am I the exception to the rule?

Great post Your dishonesty is why people who have real issues don't get help.

Quite honestly, I don't like my Storm in terms of performance and use it only for international email.(I use an Iphone for everything else) but I only had to exchange it once with a replacement about 18 months ago. This one has been pretty reliable. I keep it on or charging all the time.

I have been experiencing unknown errors and random resets. I am on my second replacement and was wondering if anyone could share whatever contact information they have so I could try some of these options mentioned in this thread.

Call tech support and explain your issues. If they warrant a replacment you'll be sent one.

Depending on what's available sometimes you get the 9530, sometimes you get the 9550. When my Tour was going wonky there weren't any FRUs so I got a brand new Bold. My friend got another Tour. Luck of the draw I guess.

My first storm took a bath, my fault. Paid the deductible and was sent a refurb 9530. Every time I used the camera it rebooted. Called asurion was sent a replacement 9530 again. Phone worked fine for a few months despite having a chipped screen corner. Suddenly started rebooting itself for no reason and called asurion. The lady said they are sending a brand new storm two w a complimentary car charger. It came as she said brand new in the box. So far so good just hoping this phone last till July when my tract is up. Good luck too you!!!!
