Unique Phone order "on hold"?

I ordered an unlock code for my storm from Unique Phones at around 6:45 pm (Central Time) tonight (10/24). I got the order confirmation almost immediately, and it said my order had to be verified, which usually takes about 10 minutes. My order still hasn't been verified and is listed as "on hold" under the order tracking link. Does any one know what that means?

Also, I don't know if affects anything or not, but I ordered with my name and email, but my boyfriend's paypal account.

My boyfriend ordered a few days ago at around 11:44pm Sunday night and his got verified in about 2 hours, and the code was sent to him about a minute after that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
