For some reason I get emails form users on the 163.com netowrk. Does anyone else get the same spam?

I don't get spam. The domain you mentioned is a Chinese website for forums and news ( as best as I can tell ) and as such are very prone to hacks by malicious parties to spread spam/viruses/trojans. I would set your Spam Controls through Verizon to block that domain if possible.
