basically this sings the same story i have been about the storm.

it sucks, but it's the best option available on my carrier. to get anything else is to compromise and sacrifice one thing or another, and you don't really gain much in return.

The good stuff gets released between Black Friday and Christmas. Once I see VZW's roadmap through the end of the year (or even Q1'10) I'll make my choice.

yeah, what mike said....i'm waiting to hear if there's something new coming from VZW in the form of a higher powered all touch droid device....the moto has everything, except that horrible keyboard. i can't stand slider keyboards that are offset like that....i'm a huge eris fan, but i want the 2.0 (i might be settling though), and i want more huevos under the hood if you know what i mean. if i can get that, i'll take it. and i trust HTC, so if those were the only two android phones to come out this year, i'd pick the HTC, even though it's underpowered and not 2.0. the form factor and the sense UI would be enough to choose that over the moto phone.

OK, yeah, I'm waiting to see what's coming too. I don't understand why they offset the keyboards like that....I don't like it either. And the keyboard shouldn't extend below the bottom of the screen either, it should be flush.
