On a serious note, whatever you may be depressed about put things into perspective and they can't be that bad. You have your health, friends, family, etc. When I get depressed or feel down, I try to think about people who are missing limbs or are blind or something like that and think about all the things I have and I should be happy for. Keep your head up...

And LS I know what you mean but somtimes it is really hard, and I know Ill get over it but right now its just hard. And is that drop official, cause if its not I will continue being depressed.

Well I can't speak out of personal experience, but one of my best friends went through a period of depression. She did some stuff and ended up in the hospital, and it was really weird seeing a girl that had been one of my best friends in that state.

Anyway, from that experiience, I took away that it really doesn't matter what is currently going on in your life... but what is going to happen next. if you understand. IDK ... I don't know how to word it.

I understand what you mean, and thanks I dont think it would ever get that bad, I dont think I could let it or at least Id like to hope that I wouldnt let it, but like I said before I mean I really think its somthing that I can get over (crosses fingers and hopes) but right now its honestly I can say the one of the hardest things Ive had to deal with in a long time.

You can get over anything man. Just talk about it and give it time. The reason she did what she did is cuz she didn't really talk to anyone about the problems she was havin til she HAD to. Good luck though man...
