Screen Not Respond

hai all, im new in here and search the forum but no relevant posting. I have a question to ask. Im using BB Storm 9500 the main problem is, every time i charge my phone the screen will not respond, after disconnect the charger same problem happen and i have to do the pull battery method. It's work but every time i charge the phone same problem happen to me. I get tired and i think something problem with OS since i can click it but will recognize other area than my thumb click. I already downgrade and upgrade, security wipe every single thing in the phone but still the same problem happen. So anyone here can help me about this? thanks in advance.
