Default Need info on VZW phones with wifi

Which phones (or OS's) working with wifi on the VZW network can be used as a wifi hotspot?

I currently am using a Storm 1 but would like to get something to be used as a wifi hotspot so I can use the 64GB ipod touch I plan to buy.

Switching to ATT for the iphone is NOT an option...

Thanks!

I am pretty sure that you can't do that with an iPod Touch. Verizon has a thing called a mifi, but I am not sure if you are looking for that instead of a phone.

An ipod touch can connect via wifi to any hotspot. The app I am referring to turns certain wifi phones into a wifi hotspot, allowing any wifi device to access internet thru the VZW 3G network via the wifi connection. Same principle as the mifi but still allows use as a phone, unlike the mifi unit.

Or maybe I am wrong?

Just because it has wifi does not mean that it can be a hotspot. Please research before you post information like this.
